7.INVITATION LETTER from Guarantor in Japan

⑴Please write concrete detail of the purpose, background of invite to Japan. ⑵Inviter detail ①Home address, name(must be HANDWRITE), contact NO. ②Seal（Case by guarantor don’t have Seal (ex.foreigner) please SIGNATURE) ⑶Applicant detail ①Nationality, Name(The same Alphabet as Passport), occupation, birthdate ②Please attach name list if applicant is not only one with the same date of ⑶-① ※Company Seal of the registration on the Business registration if inviter is company / organization. |

8.BUSINESS REGISTRATION etc…

⑴Either (1) under below from invited by Japanese Counterpart. 1.BUSINESS REGISTRATION(TOKIBO-TOHON/must be issued within 1year original or photocopy) 2.LATEST QUARTERLY REPORY(SHIKI-HO)/Photocopy 3.COMPANY BROCHURE,PAMPHLET,ANY OUTLINE OF THE COMPANY or ORGANIZATION ⑵If invited by Japanese counterpart, submit requirements 7 and 8. ⑶If invited by an individual, submit employment certificate of inviter of 8 above. |
